I don't even know where to start. I bought this to replace my 4 year old Corsair that was losing fluid. Common to all AIOs. When I opened this I immediately regretted choosing NZXT. I've always associated them with the poor man's brand. Cheap quality. Bad innovation. It's just all bad. First, the hoses are several times smaller than my previous Corsair. More comparable to Asetek in the early 2000s. The included USB connector doesn't reach all the way to the motherboard tray, forcing you to drape it over the graphics card, which looks awful. This AIO cools little better than the heatsink I was using before it arrived. The branded pump power connector makes NZXT go shopping with the poor man's RGB fans. comes with a foot-length cable that connects to proprietary RGB connectors. I would like to trade in the extra cable so I can access MY USB jack. Also, make sure your motherboard has not one or two, but THREE 4-pin connectors for your CPU. It makes absolutely no sense why this pump would need a 3-pin pump connector PLUS a SATA connection if it doesn't drive the fans at all. oh wait because they integrate their hideous RGB into the pump instead of the FANS THAT ARE REQUIRED. The CAM software is terrible. There doesn't seem to be a way to save your settings to your AIO. Every time you turn on our computer, the hideous color scheme is used by default. When you unplug the cable that looks so ugly wrapped around your graphics card, it won't even turn on. You are forced to use it. It's like buying a new phone and you have an 18 inch charging cable and you can't even take it off the table without unhooking it. It's about a good foot short. might work for micro-ATX, but then again, a 280mm AIO won't even fit in one. All in all, I've been building custom PCs for 22 years now. I have used everything from cheap Chinese parts to the highest quality and I have never been so disappointed with a product in my life. Update * I recently bought 2 more RAM sticks for a total of 32GB. Just knowing this AIO makes it impossible to use all 4 slots as the poor design blocks the first RAM slot. I only reiterate that this is the worst AIO I have ever had. All other problems still exist after 3 months. This will be my last NZXT purchase. Any YouTube reviews about performance or cooling features are useless when it comes to features that NZXT clearly didn't think of.
