The best part about this system was being able to use it from anywhere in my office, even when I'm not physically there! It also made tracking our shipments very easy as well since we could see them all at once without having to go through each individual one by one.

We had some issues setting up certain things but they were resolved quickly after contacting their support team. They are always willing to work around whatever schedule works for me so far away from home which has been great working remotely. Tracking orders/shipping status is another benefit because everything can be seen easily online (even if you're using an app).
