I liked that they are very responsive when it came time for me to pay my bills or have questions about how certain charges were being calculated. They do not always seem as though their staff understands what billing means in order to help you with your situation. It was difficult at times figuring out where things went wrong or if there really should be something done differently than just having them look into issues like this after bill payment has completed. Also sometimes we would call multiple days before someone responded so even then it could take up to 2 weeks until getting any sort of response back from customer service regarding problems/issues related to our account payments! We had some trouble receiving funds via direct deposit for one month but everything worked itself through eventually (and without too much hassle). My husband's disability benefits were set off incorrectly once we started using them again for his work hours.
