Out of stock at Big Box stores. If you want this part you will look everywhere to find it. I assume they were commonly used on RVs decades ago. It has a 3" male thread and is made of hard plastic. Perfect for replacing the one I took off to fix the toilet. The slots are positioned correctly to replace the brass studs that hold the toilet in place. I used one Piece of wood and a hammer to screw it firmly onto the existing vertical drain pipe by tapping the notches clockwise. There are eight holes to securely attach the plastic base to the floor. I had to use a simple wax ring [not a plastic extension]. to complete the work.Works great, no leakage.
