Bought this chair from the manufacturer; It arrived quickly. I literally ordered it on Friday and received it on Sunday! It's pretty heavy out of the box; But it was easy to install. I got it from FedEx and they have a bad reputation for being too rough on their shipments so one of the armrest handles was broken; but I was able to scan the QR code on the back of the enclosed instructions and got a replacement pen right away! Customer support is outstanding! The seat itself is very comfortable, the back rests perfectly against the back so no need for lumbar support; and the seat is made of a very comfortable mesh that also adapts to the shape of your body; I like the free lean and I like the way it leans. I really like the legs, they are solid brushed black aluminum and their edges are flat so you can rest your feet on them easily and comfortably while keeping your legs straight! In my opinion, this chair reminds me of Star Wars chairs. or a futuristic space movie! It literally looks like an egg! This chair is definitely one of a kind and will turn heads! worth your money. You can recline the armrests 15 degrees outwards or 10 degrees inwards outwards or inwards; Move the armrests forward and back; they are also height adjustable. (3D) incline adjustment knobs; and the tilt lock is also telescoping, meaning you can extend them out about 3 inches, making them easy to adjust; then you can return them. The height adjustment switch is different but very easy to use, also this chair has a waterfall edge so my feet are comfortable too I would definitely recommend this chair! They will definitely stand out and sit comfortably all day long! Take my word for it update: I just love sitting in this chair. I'll just sit on it to enjoy. I also received the replacement handle quickly and installed it in less than 30 seconds. Great chair worth every penny!
