At first I liked the scale. I have an illness that currently requires constant weight control, which of course I have to do at home. I found it consistent and working well until a few days ago it showed significantly less weight which is not good for me. I tried again today and every time I stepped on it the weight would change and the weight would change +-4 pounds depending on where I stood on the glass. 2 pounds can be the difference between health and anxiety for me, so the 4 pound margin of error is unacceptable to me. I would love to return this or request a refund but unfortunately I ran into these issues too long after purchase. I would advise you to buy a scale without a glass.
