Keeps food warm when used correctly. Is working!

The best thermos for lunch. I will not buy any other brand, anyone who complains about the product is using it incorrectly. I usually fill the kettle with boiled hot water in part of the thermos and leave it covered for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Then I transfer the food to a plastic container and reheat it in the microwave, sometimes reheat it in another container and then transfer it to a plastic insert. You need to make sure you use boiling hot water in a thermos and you need to make sure your food is very hot too. My meals are always hot, like they've just been cooked. Definitely recommend this product. It works !
