I haven't activated it yet, so I can change that later. The power supply is obviously a self-sufficient switching power supply. I'm not sure about the topology of the project. The photos show that the ID card has no security marks. The little I could find out by looking through the vents is that the AC power comes through an EMI filter consisting of a common mode choke and a connector between the lines. There also seems to be EMC filter covers from power lines to earth. From there I see two rectifier bridges feeding two 33uF capacitors. There is a high frequency transformer of some sort. Without breaking the seal and without opening the case I would assume the topology is flyback. It's not obvious that there is a primary fuse inside the case, so I suspect it needs to be added outside. It would be nice to know the size and type of fuse. There was no documentation in the package. I will make sure this power supply has an AC input fuse and that the safety ground wire is connected before applying power.
