Review on 📞 CallToU Caregiver Pager: Smart Wireless Call Button for Easy Elderly and Patient Assistance - Vibration Alert, 1 Receiver Wrist by Douglas Cochrane

This product has a bright, colorful screen. As expected, it has been integrated into the CallToU pager system. I was disappointed with a couple of points in the user interface. Time can only be displayed in 24-hour format, but the caregiver is unfamiliar with "military time" and expected AM/PM. The user interface also does not support languages other than English. I've searched for an updated firmware that may fix one or both of these issues, but haven't found any updates. Both of these complaints are not serious and I would give this product 4 stars, but it stopped working after a few months. Before it went down, this product helped us get through the tough times. Plug-in receivers can be heard anywhere in the home, but the extended range of this wireless receiver allows the caregiver to go to the front yard or backyard while still being reachable. This extra freedom made this item worth the price, but I can't give it more than two stars because it no longer works. Luckily, by that time the patient had made a significant recovery and the loss of this product didn't affect us very much.
