I needed to gain a bit more weight so I started looking for brands and found this one with the best price per serving of at least 10 others but still not the right one. You would expect: each jumbo container only lasts 8 servings, or just over a week. Most people will need this in their diet for several months to see results, so that's over $120/month for Β£7+. Slightly more expensive but honestly this is the cheapest product you can find in gainers. My issue is the sheer amount of BCAAs in each serving. So BCAAs are good for their purpose which is to help repair your muscles and help with recovery. However, this is an unnecessary supplement for those strictly looking for easily digestible calories, many BCAA deficiencies are known to lower serotonin levels; cause depression and sadness. You will get an energy boost, but failure will occur after such high dosages. I noticed that my mood changed immediately after the first day. So I would advise anyone who has suffered from depression in the past, and unfortunate as that depression may be due to your own weight, this material is NOT for you. I personally will look to a lower calorie alternative and stick with my own muscle building protein powder.
