One can easily create tasks, assign them to others or even move an item from one task list/pipeline into another without needing anyone else's approval (except for their own). There are many features available in this tool which makes it easy as well simple enough so everyone onboarded with minimal training required! I would say nothing really except some minor UI things could be improved like making sure notifications pop up when someone has been assigned something but didn't complete work yet - notifies you immediately once they finish though!). We have used Method extensively since we started using Kanban nearly 2 years ago now & haven’t had issues till date aside few other tools our developers use daily such as Jenkins etc., however there were no problems encountered because everything was working fine until recently after upgrade due new changes made by Google internally regarding API.
