Stops working after a few weeks

Cheap. When you press the button to heat it up, the tip moves and looks like it's about to come loose. It did the job I needed while I was at work, but stopped heating up one day after only a few weeks of very little use. I thought it was batteries so I put in a new set but it still doesn't work. It's no longer refundable, so a big waste of money.
