Excellent and necessary item. Motivates to walk the required number of steps per day (for me it is 8000). Now you do not need to carry a smartphone around the house - the bracelet will vibrate to a call (the handset is displayed), SMS or an application (the corresponding symbol). Alarm! It is configured through a smartphone, and then works independently of it. Now I can get up earlier without disturbing my spouse. If the smartphone is discharged, the bracelet will wake you up.
- 1. Accurately measures the number of steps taken (for which it was purchased) 2. Built-in alarm clock (vibration) - the smartphone can be turned off at night 3. The battery lasts about a month 4. Silent notifications from calls, SMS and apps 5. Protection against moisture (you can wash your hands, I take it off in the shower)
- 1. Measuring calorie burnt calories is nonsense (as expected) 2. You have to wait to measure your pulse (uncomfortable)
