I've wanted to get rid of the old wooden one for a long time, but this one is much better now that I've gotten my hands on it. I think this thing can have many useful uses besides baking. 🤔 But for its intended purpose - excellent! It doesn't really stick, but it can still provide the "pull" you need. The measurements are good for things like jelly/cinnamon buns and large loaves of bread where you need a measured rectangular sheet of dough. I stretch crusts but I think it would be good for crusts too with its maneuverability. Much more control than big round wooden rollers and much cleaner. Great addition that I would recommend and the price is as attractive as the product itself. I can't think of a situation where this would require a replacement. Unless the cops get it for some weird reason. 🤔JK ENJOY!
