Review on 🚪 2-Pack White Door Guardian Safety Lock - The Original, Beware of Imitators by Jason Dinh

I bought this lock because my wife has Alzheimer's and has been away several times. It only works on inward-opening doors, but for my needs it was *perfect* in every way. Someone with moderate dementia would not be able to figure out how to unlock it. I left a 1/8 inch gap around the edge of the door so I didn't even have to drill the relief into the jamb. The construction is very solid, simple and elegant. I had to replace a defective item as it was assembled. with the end of the spring wrapping around the pivot rather than just pressing on it. Bottom line, I love what this does for me: it lets me sleep at night.
