Really good resistance, very annoying to tie
Product works very well. Great for strength training. I scaled it down and got a small one based on reading other reviews. Tying a knot so it doesn't fall off is really frustrating. Either you tie it tight and the knot disappears into the lining of the suit, or you tie it right and it falls off in five minutes. If this tie worked it would be the perfect product.
