I have a large wastebasket that is used frequently in my outdoor kitchen instead of a small 13 gallon wastebasket. I like my big drum trash can because it has a wide opening so I and other people can easily toss trash in from across the room without missing it. LOL I know some people think it's just laziness but I'm disabled and can't walk very far for a very long time so I'm skipping steps. Plus my husband and son find it convenient too. I'm sure others toss their trash across the room in their regular-sized 13-gallon trash can, but with my big, wide mouth, we don't miss ours that much. It also only starts to fill up the day before the weekly garbage pickup. So my husband and son have to take the trash out of the kitchen to the curb, same day a week. I used to buy 49 gallon bags at Walmart but these 55 gallon bags just don't compare to what I use them for and I like the slightly larger size because they are easier to put on too. They are 1.5ml thick. My husband used construction bags that were twice as thick, but they do the job we need them for. We also used them for some gardening. Win, win, win!
