Purchased because first speed on my air conditioner stopped working. The installation is quite easy and there are several videos on Youtube to help you with the installation. The left screw is a little tricky to install as there is almost no room, but you should be fine if you use a U-joint and a small ratchet wrench. I think the nuts are 5.5mm or 7.5mm. If anyone also experiences clicking noises, just note that this is a symptom unrelated to fan motor resistance! This is due to the relay switching the position to blow air.
