I've already spent 2 hours installing and activating the camera software and still no success. This camera is useless and you will regret buying it. I used the activation code, then the license key, and finally the offline code and nothing works. Very unpleasant. I found my previous comments on this product a bit harsh after getting customer support up and running with the HUE Intuition software, but now I'm having trouble using the software. For example, it's not possible to change the default save file and I can't find where the videos are saved. Avoid at all costs.
