This item comes with poor instructions. My husband picked it up for me. The light is mediocre at best. What I needed most was a remote control that never worked once plugged in. I even downloaded the app as suggested and received a VIP package (which I canceled) to see if that helps. The application is written in English that is difficult to understand. The welcome video doesn't work. In order to work, the flashlight must be connected to the computer. It's cheap junk that can cost $5. I will buy one from Best Buy! Please contact them and don't leave negative feedback. That's why the ratings are so high. It's garbage! Strongly disappointed!
