I like that it is user friendly! It's very simple & quick in learning how things work with this software compared other softwares we've used before (like Vonage). The customer support has been great too - they are always willing/able answer any questions as soon my ask them!! We have not found anything negative about using office suite so far :) Have yet had issues contacting our Voicestream account manager but when she does respond back quickly enough there isn't much issue solved at all ;) Our main concern now though would be finding more options within OBS than just one call center number per location which was what came preinstalled by default upon purchase :p.
