Review on 🪚 DWDRSD Reduced Shank Drill America by Richard Sallah

I was concerned after putting this in my drill and noticed it was a little wobbly, it wouldn't spin on center. I slowly enlarged the pilot holes in 1/2 inch soft iron and everything went great with my other drill bits. I also drilled some larger holes. I bought this drill specifically for a project where I need to cut holes for 5/8-11 screws. Because the drill didn't spin right out of the box, I was very careful and drilled slowly with plenty of cutting fluid. The chisel stopped the edges of the hole tight, I made it in two pretty quickly. Then just about 1/4 inch into the next hole (I had to drill 8 total), OH CLICK! I mean, it literally broke in two without warning. I requested a similar refund which Rewain promptly provided. THANK YOU AMAZON! But after thinking about it, I don't need this junk. I need a drill that can drill holes, I need to finish this project. Hopefully I'll just get a refund back to my account instead. And I will look for a better piece that is made in the USA.
