Poor condition on arrival

One of the fan blades was bent causing it to hit the fan cover. I was able to put the blade back in place but found more problems. Wiring was loose, slight adjustment of fan pitch could result in power loss. In addition, there was an incomprehensible knocking from the fan. I have 3 year old metal fans that are used daily in better condition than this one.
