I've already run through 2 of these pipes and they both leak but in different ways. The first leaked where the sight glass connects to the plastic tube. It dripped all night and now my wooden table it was on has permanent water damage. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and asked for a replacement, thinking given all the positive reviews it must just be a coincidence. The second branch pipe flows through the hole in which it is installed. I've taken the Berkey apart about 5 times a day and tried different washer configurations and it leaks no matter what. Maybe it would be nice to include instructions instead of just a useless business card asking for likes. I had to read the questions for advice on where the pucks go and they still leak. I had a Berkey brand glass spout on a large Berkey and ordered this because I had upgraded to Imperial and needed a larger size. The old Berkey faucet never leaks, so I'm just spending extra money on it. The saving of 25β¬ is not worth it. Now I need a new table too. Thanks very much! The first photo shows a leak from the bottom of the nozzle and water damage to the table. The second image shows water exiting another pipe where glass meets plastic.
