Review on AMUMU by David Guliford

I was eager to explore the AMUMU online store because I'm a musician. My experience, however, was by no means positive. They claim to have a dedicated staff, but I didn't find them to be very useful. I asked for help in locating the appropriate instrument and accoutrements, but I only got disinterested responses. The staff didn't seem to care about my requirements and didn't offer much assistance. Claiming dedication is one thing; delivering on it is quite another. AMUMU must educate its employees to be more attentive and give customers the assistance they need. Right now, their assertion is just a bunch of words. I wasn't happy with the care I got overall at AMUMU. I anticipated more from a business that prides itself on supporting musicians. I'm not coming back any time soon.
