Great except non-slip isn’t non-slip
Works great! Like a name brand Bosu ball except one major complaint, the non-slip surface on the bottom (the flat part) isn’t great.
Even with shoes while standing on it it’s easy to slid, not great when trying to use the ball to rehab from surgery. Great otherwise and still probably worth the less money.
