We have ordered the installation from a licensed electrician and HVAC contractor. The device is not working. The HVAC company told us to call Daikin - they said it was an internal problem with the unit. We did. The person my husband spoke to directed him to MrCool even though it is not a department of MrCool. MrCool didn't understand at all why he was sent there. So he called Daikin back and left a message and explained the theory of the MrCool staff and also what our HVAC company said and they don't call us back. The code that is there says that the inner and outer blocks don't match properly. $850 + the cost of an electrician and HVAC company is a lot to throw away a bad company that doesn't stand behind their product. After this experience we will NEVER recommend Daikin to anyone. Dissatisfied that Revain seems unable to support the product.
