I am 5'7" and 185 pounds. I just LOVE this costume. I love it so much I have now bought it in 3 colors. It covers your tummy, belly button and with a higher hip slit creates the illusion that you have a thinner tummy and thicker waist. I received compliments on my bathing suit from 3 people on this cruise. It didn't pill on the back of the seat, it covered my side rolls (laughs). It's stretchy, but at the same time pulls you in a little. The top covers the perfect amount and holds up pretty securely too. In my opinion there is nothing wrong with this suit, it is perfect for me. I would guess it would cover a higher waist for someone smaller as I have a long torso lol.
