The electrical connection was not left in place.
One of the two pins inside the electrical connector has been pushed back and will not latch. It took me several hours to find the reason why the lightbulb was not working. I ended up having to climb in and insert the electrical connection with needle nose pliers. I only have two hours on the bulb so time will tell on durability.
