Doesn't work with Motorola

(I just bought this cable and it doesn't work. I have a phone with a Moto G pen and the manufacturer claims it works with all Motorola phones.) Error, I made a mistake reading the list of compatible devices. I mistakenly thought I read that it was compatible with my phone. I made a mistake and it was listed as incompatible. I changed to 5 stars. It's not the seller's fault.
