Not many pockets but still helpful
Kids love kicking our seat backs, this holder has that so they don't get your back seats dirty by kicking, it only has 2 pockets which is ok for that a person like me who has more than 2 kids it really helps. It's a bit cheap so I wouldn't put anything too heavy in it. Also, it helps to keep things off the bottom of the car as I hate things just lying around. I like everything above and below
