Made in China. short chain. overloaded!

Bought as a gift for a close friend who breeds corgis. I will probably be sending it back as for this expensive little dog the chain will be too short for her neck and no extender is included. The dog is cute, but this necklace is too expensive, and there was no indication before receiving it. it is made in china! When I took it out of the small clear zippered bag, the chain was also knotted and it took a lot of patience and 20 minutes to untie.

The 18 inch chain length may not fit all neck sizes, causing discomfort or an unsuitable necklace.
