The first set I received had some damaged parts, they replaced them for me but it took an extra week because they forgot to send them out. Also, the Xbox/Home button in the center isn't chrome green, but has a glossy black base. Also, the Abxy buttons on the printer are significantly different than the backs of the original Xbox buttons and may need to be partially filled with some form of hard glue or epoxy to allow the pins to make proper contact. This is a very small adjustment, but very difficult to get right.
