Great OEM tensioner, crappy pull pin

I would give the tensioner itself 5 stars as it deserves it. But "grenade" or traction is weak. I almost cut my finger the first time I tried to pull the loop straight out. I had to grab it with a vise to remove it. In addition, the car has driven more than 12,000 since installation and there have been no problems. Would buy again.
