If it's impossible to remove the screw from the original key fob, this is the way out. Drill out the stripped screw (Dremel). Tear apart the original case, make sure you take out the RF-ID, put in a new battery, use an elaborate rubber band to secure the RF-ID in the new case, and reassemble with new parts . WOW. Easy and saved me a lot of dollars. There is no problem with any of the screws and make sure you remove the tape covering the Honda badge.
