5'7, 165lbs, usually wears a 38. Order size M. So cute! These are customized boards that are great for watersports - I've been diving in them for a week and they gave me all the movement I needed in the water. If you are planning to go with them I would suggest ordering a size up. It's quite short, just above my butt, which I liked.
