I have been buying this brand of mouthguard for 10 years. I seem to grind pretty hard because I change them about every two years. I like the Doctor's Night Guard more than other brands because they hold up well and don't feel like you have a lump in your mouth. With this product I was able to prevent the further development of root canals. I will definitely continue to buy for years to come.
