As someone with a very large hand that is difficult to put on, I'm always looking for a support that can be comfortable. This orthosis is similar to the Mueller orthosis. Differences may affect your purchasing decision. The three differences I see are in the design. The first and largest are the bands that cover the bandage. The use of material is stretchy and helps to get a snug fit and gives some extra room in the brace. The second difference is the tailoring. Velcro straps aren't as good as Muller's. The ends of the straps have a tab that is not sewn on and every time you take them off you have to struggle to get them out of the size adjustment hole. And the last thing is the material that protects you from the webbing. Mueller claims they have an antimicrobial, but not this one. In all respects, this is the same bracket. If you need to give a little, take these.
