Update After trying different attachments, the machine does not hold the temperature and fluctuates 30 degrees less with use. After contacting the seller for a replacement and sending back the defective one, he refuses and only offers $80 for the inconvenience. This item will be returned. Mixed feelings on delivery which was originally due to be here on Friday then pushed back to Monday is now here on Sunday. It's late, but early? I really like how easy it turned out, felt like there was a piece missing that was just placed in a mug press. the worst is that there are no instructions on how to use the shirt press. Comes with two mats, no idea what or where they go, but comes with wings and it seems to work. I hate that the liner doesn't stay in place or stick in any way to make it easier to place the project without having to constantly move the liner. I'm not even sure I need a pad, but better safe than sorry. Cost vs. Benefits I would say it's over $250 than over $300.
