I don't use my phone for music or video very often, so I don't have much experience with either. The ease of use in English education prompted me to make the purchase. In addition to the phone, I was able to attach it to a tablet as well as a laptop, and all three devices attached right away and had no issues. And when we first met, I had a lot of respect for them. However, as time went on, they started to give up. When people were talking and listening to music, the sound started to become intermittent. The connection between the two earpieces started to break down. It would be a terrible idea for a competitor to try to talk to me on the phone while I was walking down the street since I couldn't hear a word they said. In general, I would not suggest the product for pampering purposes.
