I have worked in woodworking, repairing old steam boxes and repairing rental homes for many years. You could say I feel relatively comfortable. Quality control should be the standard in the manufacture and sale of goods. Apparently quality control is an important issue with this wine rack. Wasting my time is not an option but I just wasted valuable time assembling this item only to find the final piece following the instructions that the holes do not align properly and there is no solution as the pre-drilled holes are inserts have and be re-drilled or modified rather anything will do harm. To further waste my time, I now have to repackage the wine rack and prepare it for UPS shipping. The instructions state that a person over the age of 21 must be present. I would be, so I spend more time. Who pays me for this? Go ahead, don't "invest" in this wine rack. Do more research, read Q&A, and reviews. I'm not the only one who had this problem.
