I am so glad I got this for myself. For months (at least 6), I have been dealing with middle back pain. I tried different positions. Stretches, and pillows, and nothing worked. Last night was my 3rd night in a row using this and the pain is basically gone. I place this under the area that has pain, and only use it for maybe two minutes before taking it out and going to bed. Such a great product, and easy to use.
