Ryzen 4750G with integrated graphics on FHD/Medium scored 13010 points
Ryzen 4750G as CPU and GTX760 as GPU on FHD/Medium scored 23978 points

Pros

The built-in allows you to play online games, casual games and old undemanding hits. The performance of the CPU itself will be enough for years to come with a margin.

Cons

Prices in the 2022 are, to put it mildly, overpriced As expected, demanding games like Cyberpunk 2077 are not particularly playable: FPS is on the edge at low settings. However, as on the GTX760, which consumes three times more watts.
