Does not vibrate. I mean the button works but not to be graphic but hand held vibrators work better than this chair 😂 if your wanting this chair for massage and vibration purposes then don’t waste your money. However if your buying it for reasons like I did to have a nice chair to add as decor and occasional reclining then it is perfect. The shade of blue is not too dark or light, it is perfect. Overall this chair is great but like I said massage and vibration wise it shouldn’t even be allowed to be classified as a massage chair. Otherwise it’s amazing!
