I like that it allows us to see how our business performs at an individual store level, as well what changes we need make for each location in order to improve sales performance overall across all stores within my region or group. It can be difficult when you are looking through reports with so many different tabs open which makes finding your specific information more challenging than perhaps needed but once figured out its not hard to navigate around. The software does require some technical knowledge however this shouldnt pose any issues due to support from Xtel staff who have been very helpful over phone/email throughout set up process. We use xTel primarily because they offer customised reporting options such as creating new categories etc., also allowing easy access into historical data if required.
