So I'm over 45 and I have a hard time eating veggies and fruit so I went for it. Knowing that protein/multivitamin powders in general can have an unpleasant taste, I decided to go with a kid's brand, thinking they might taste better. I decided to add it to my smoothies to cover up any hassle and it definitely worked! I'm not sure how much I really get out of it, but it's nice to at least try to slip into something good. The powder is an ugly brown color and doesn't have a pleasant smell, but don't let that put you off! Cons: Expensive for just a 2 ounce container! Very easy smoothie recipe: 1/2-1 cup milk 1/2 cup plain yogurt 1 cup frozen blueberries (or fruit of your choice) 1/4 cup apple juice (optional) 1/2-2 stalk celery (optional) 1-2 teaspoons honey (optional)
