One of the best purchases I've ever made! I do have some standards - and one of them, is that I like a nice watch. Sure, it's fine when you buy one in the jewelry store - you have someone right there to do the adjustment/remove links and usually not an additional charge; but, when you are online shopping - the adjustment part falls back on the buyer - if you need adjustments (as I do, only having a 5 3/4" wrist) and you have to 1.travel to the store, (there's gas money - = 1st expense); 2. pay for the service of adjustment (2nd expense) 3. drive back home (3rd expense). Now, let's see the difference here 1. Buy a tool online @ Walmart (Yes, internet expense - already using for all kinds of other stuff) 2. Free shipping, the order is confirmed, notified of scheduled date, when it will and DOES deliver. 3. Now, I have a tool to use in the future for other watches I buy. I'm no mathematician, but It doesn't take one to figure this equation out. I was very nervous about even using it, afraid I would mess up my beautiful new watch that I just purchased - but I watched several videos on YouTube until I found one that was actually helpful without so much unnecessary information (that's another story all together). With that being said, the tool was so very simple to use - I sort of felt silly afterwards. The watch fits great and like my Headline: One of the Best Purchases I ever made!
