**There is no flash in the picture just my little door in my garage is open during the day** I'm not the type to make my stuff look cheap or ghetto so I tried it and was impressed with the quality and looks. Keep in mind that this is reflective tape only. They use the same thing on road signs, they are visible and only "glow" when lights reflect off them. This can be very useful when you are stopped at a stop sign or red light and a car is approaching you. It doesn't light up your bike like a street glow, but it does give it a very approachable accent that helps draw attention here and there. I have not received any comments on my wheels but I can appreciate their appearance myself. If you clean your wheels well before applying, they will (experience) stick well enough to a pressure washer. One final note: this is enough to cover both sides of both wheels on my '09 Honda CBR-600RR.
