The most important thing that I like about this software it's flexibility because we're not stucked between many options but can choose what fits best for us as business owners and users - without having any technical background or knowledge required- so there are no problems here :D It has helped me solve all my issues regarding automation calls handling process. There isn't anything yet :) But i don’t think they have plans to develop new features since their goal was already achieved (automation).
