My only problem with this scanner is the alignment. I had to make a copy of my dog's vaccination form and the scanner made a copy which I swear is even better than the original. However, he also cut off the top 1/2 inch of the shape where the vet's address was. So I had to fiddle around a bit and finally decided to sacrifice the bottom of the form (the fine print anyway, but that might become a problem later) to display the relevant information. The noise from the scanner was nothing compared to the noise coming from my OLD scanner. It weighs next to nothing (again, a change from my old one) and I have no problem slipping it in and out of where I keep it (limited peripheral space) to use it. I have a little problem with the Cap-Cap. -Things, but I just don't like that it's not super smooth. Normal people shouldn't care how the door thing opens. I don't like how it connects. I love the copy feature (minus the alignment issue) and I love the PDF feature. The user-friendly one-click functions are perfect for me. In general I like my scanner.
